No, The criteria for speaking is not changed, rather in recent days when candidate book for the CD-IELTS / paper based  exam they may get a speaking schedule on the same day. However, it is virtual speaking or face-to-face. This type of speaking will be mentioned in your speaking confirmation mail . So it is always wise to practice speaking session in both ways ( Virtual & face-to face )  The duration of the speaking will be 12 to 15 mins and max 20 mins . You need to carry your original passport as a mandatory test document . Also, you need to 30 mins prior to the test
