 Writing topic was Task 1.. Recently u have travelled in a flight and you faced a problem with a cabin crew staff in the flight.. Write a letter to the airlines Manager and explain abt the problem you faced.. Mention the flight details and the action you want to take on that staff.

Some people think that public libraries are not necessary today. Buy some feel that they r still providing some useful services. Discuss both the issues from your opinion.
